Replacement and Refund
Before shipping, each product we are going to and our customers are carefully examined. However, if an accident occurs and you get a damaged product. Then the first thing you have to do is to calm down.
All the items we sell are specially designed to bring happiness. Thus, we do our best to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. It means that in case you get a damaged item you can quickly return it and get a full refund within 30 days (you will have to pay for the shipping cost of the return).
In case the item was broken during the shipping process, you can return it within three business days of receiving. You should make a photo and send it to our support center.
Before returning products to us, make sure you understand our return policy.

• In case you have received the item you did not order, we will exchange it as well as will be responsible for any shipping fees
• If the color of the product is not the color you ordered, you should contact us and inform about it. We will provide you with another of this item.
We can exchange the product only in case it has quality problems. Once we receive the product and confirm that it has quality damage (s) that was not done on purpose, we will exchange the product.
